What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24 to 48 hours to process your order, then 6 to 15 days to deliver it to you. Delivery to the United States of America takes between 2 and 5 days.

Our main office is located in France. Our warehouses for international shipping are located in China and the United States for shipping to the United States.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped in packages of 2 items. Either from China or the United States of America. All depends on the place of delivery. US customers are delivered from the United States of America. If your order includes several packs of 2 items, you will receive several packages. They will arrive almost at the same time because the packages have a unique tracking number.
I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: email@example.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
